Welcome! We are a mobile pizza company based in the North West of England and proud to be Pizza Chef of the Year UK 2024 finalists. Highly trained in various styles of pizza making, including training with Pizza Masters in Manchester & New York. We specialise in Neapolitan style, freshly baked pizzas using our home made signature dough.
We operate from two permanent locations: our New York style pizza takeaway above the Greenfield Pub in Darwen and our Neapolitan pizza stand in the Blackburn Rovers Ewood Stadium Fanzone.
We provide pop ups at festivals, markets, breweries, pubs & kitchen takeovers through the Summer, alongside private hire for any celebration or occasion, including weddings, birthdays, christenings, hen & stag parties.
Being completely self set up we can assemble indoors or outdoors with both gas and electric ovens available that cook at over 450 degrees.

We started Killa Carbs in the middle of lockdown in 2020 just as a way to fully immerse ourselves in baking and cooking good food for friends and family.
Our passion and obsession for pizza and the importance of quality was there from the start.
Our dough is made fresh for every service and left to rest for over 24 hours giving an airy crust light and easy to digest. We hand stretch every pizza & cook in under two minutes in our 450 degree ovens.
Our tomato’s are world famous San Marzano tomato’s from the Campania region in Italy. Our cheese is fior di latte or ‘flower of milk’ made from cows milk in Southern Italy. The rest of our ingredients we source from our Italian suppliers or UK based small businesses.













STRESS-FREE CATERING
Our mobile marquee is a great way to feed attendees in a relaxed environment.
We pride ourselves on having years experience in customer service alongside a solid 5 star hygiene rating. We are consistently training in allergen information, new products, and learning new pizza styles to modernise our skills.
We have options of gluten free bases, and can cater menus to suit vegetarian, vegan or halal requirements.
